| The Royal W Resort is close to it all !! The Roaring River Hatchery is set inside the Roaring River State Park. This park is 4093 acres and is the home to the 20th largest spring in Missouri, with 20 million gallons of cold spring water produced every day. This is a fantastic place to fish the fresh spring waters for Rainbow and Brown Trout. The Roaring River Hatchery has one of the oldest hatcheries in the state, first constructed in 1910! The hatchery produces and stocks more than 250,000 rainbow trout each year and most end up in the 1.7 miles of trout stream that lie within the boundaries of Roaring River State Park. In the past 68 years more that 11 million trout have been raised at Roaring River Hatchery. The park has over ten miles of hiking trails meandering among hardwood forests and through narrow valleys. Famous for its good trout supply and fishing hatchery, Roaring River Spring is every angler's dreams come true. If you need any trout supplies, or have any questions, please stop by Tim's Fly Shop which is just down the road from us on your way to Roaring River State Park. Table Rock Lake The 52,300-acres of Table Rock Lake is known as the clean, clear, warm and blue lake. Thus the 800 miles of shore line is the home of scuba diving through out the year. In the spring, you run into some of the most aggressive bass, crappie, walleye, catfish, spoonbill you will find anywhere. They grow big in a hurry by feasting on baby shad and bluegills. When the Table Rock Lake was built in 1958, they did not clear any of the trees beneath the water level thus there are many cedars and hardwoods on the bottom. This creates very good habitat in which the fish can settle. Because of the Ozark Mountains the coves and scenery along the Table Rock Lake vary from shallow to very steep, from meadows to steep rocky bluffs. This offers shallow water as well as deep water for fishing and water sports Enjoy Golf? You can enjoy a round at the Cassville Public Golf Club which is located right across the street! We are also only 3 miles south of Cassville Missouri. Cassville, recently opened a multi-million dollar Aquatic Center for the public! Only $4 for adults to get in, and it's only minutes from the Royal W Resort, the kids will love it! Day trips to Branson, Silver Dollar City, Bass Pro Shop and Pea Ridge National Military Park.
