Please read our 2010 policies.


Pets - Small dogs are welcome for the $8.00 per pet fee per day. This represents our
additional laundry and carpet cleaning expenses associated with these pets. Any
repairs necessitated by the pet will be paid for promptly by the owner upon
presentation of the bill for those repairs. Sorry, no cats allowed.  All dogs must be
known to be people-friendly. If you haven't established this yet, please do not bring
them. They are clean, healthy and free of fleas. They have to be house-broken. All dogs
are to be kept leashed when outside, and NO pet is allowed to enter the swimming pool
area.
All pets are NOT to be left alone in rooms, please. (We make it a point not to enter
guest's rooms when they are not there, absent an emergency. However, in the event of
a barking dog as a first step we will enter the room, remove the dog and secure it.

NON-Smoking Policy – The vast majority of our guests insist on non-smoking
accommodations, and we have listened to you! Therefore, we respectfully request that
guests do not smoke inside any of the units, which are all clearly marked with no
smoking signs.  Due to the additional costs of cleaning a unit that has been smoked in,
we have no other choice but to apply additional charges to those who disregard our
policy.  We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your
cooperation.

Check In Procedures - All guests must check in at the office upon arrival.  For guests
arriving after 8 pm, we’ll leave signs on the office door (to point you to your cabin) and
on the door to your cabin.  We’ll leave the light on for you and will see you in the
morning.  :-)

Check in time is 3:00 PM.  If you intend to arrive before then, please notify us and we
will make every attempt to have your lodging ready.


Check out time is 11:00 AM.  Due to staffing and the large demand for lodging,
extending check out times is extremely difficult.  If possible, we will gladly
accommodate late check outs with pre-authorization and availability - please just ask.  
Otherwise, we respectfully request that guests honor our check out times.  Unless you
have received pre-authorization for a late checkout, a fee of $25 will apply after 11:30
AM, $50 after 12:30 AM, $75 after 1:30 PM, and the weekend rate for a full night after
2:30 PM.  If we have guests arriving for your room, we may have no other choice but to
enter your room & clean it – your belongings would be moved to the office.

Holiday Minimums -  Holiday bookings require a three (3) night minimum stay.  

Deposits - It is our general policy not to accept up front deposits, although we do have
cancellation fees.  We require a Visa/MC for booking all reservations, but your credit
card is not charged prior to your arrival.  We regret that we cannot accept advance
payment by check in lieu of having a Visa/MC on file.  Upon arrival, you may pay with
cash, traveler's check, or Visa/MC.  

Cancellations, No Shows - This policy will charge you one nights lodging if you do not
contact us 48 hours prior to your check in time.

Damages - You are responsible for leaving your accommodations in the same condition
(with normal use) as it was found when you arrived. The guest booking the reservations
is ultimately responsible for paying for damages should someone in his party fail to do
so.  This applies to any and all damages found during and after your departure.  Should
we find any unusual damage after your departure, an itemized invoice will be sent and
your credit card will be charged appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guest or vehicles. We
will not be responsible for loss or damages to valuables. .
