| A 48 hour cancellation notice from the 3:00 PM check in time is needed to avoid a full night's charge for each room you have reserved. We request a credit card at the time of reservation and do not charge until you arrive. If you will arrive after 6 p.m. Let us know so that we do not give your cabin away and we can make late arrival arrangements. Single night stays on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are charged an additional $5.00 per bed. On busy weekends we do have a 2 night minimum, call for details. Small dogs are welcome for the $5.00 pet fee per day. Please read our pet policy. Pets are welcome on the following conditions: We only allow small dogs. Sorry, no cats allowed. They are known to be people-friendly. If you haven't established this yet, please do not bring them. They are clean, healthy and free of fleas. They are house-broken. Dogs are kept leashed when outside, and no pet is allowed to enter the swimming pool area. All pets are NOT to be left alone in rooms, please. (We make it a point not to enter guest's rooms when they are not there, absent an emergency. However, in the event of a barking dog as a first step we will enter the room, remove the dog and secure it in a shaded spot, with water.) There will be a fee of $5.00 per room per day for dogs. We regret the need to impose this fee, but it represents our additional laundry and carpet cleaning expenses associated with these pets. Any repairs necessitated by the pet will be paid for promptly by the owner upon presentation of the bill for those repairs. |
